USER EXPERIENCE STRATEGY & ART DIRECTION
Project: A travel web application that allows users to create itineraries or view other travelers' vacation itineraries.
My Role: Project Manager, Product Manager, UX Strategist
I inherited this project and its basic design from a previous project manager, but the features list had not been set in stone, so with each addition or change requested by the client, I had opportunities to direct the design and user experience.
The project required a lot of collaboration with my developers, and a lot of CMS edits on my part.
To manage this project, I created an agile design and development schedule and ensured my team stuck to it. With each additional feature, I scoped and created a change order for client approval before amending the schedule. Once each feature was complete, I reviewed and QA Tested before going live.
