USER EXPERIENCE STRATEGY & ART DIRECTION
Project: A professional website for a doctor's office
My Role: Project Manager
I inherited this project and its basic client-approved design from a previous project manager. The client chose to stay with the original design, but I was able to make some tweaks to the pages describing various treatments offered - these changes effectively simplified the information architecture and made the site flow better. (For example, the side tabs in the original design were inconsistent in number and theme, and the content was done with different fonts, colors, and sizes)
Additionally, I assisted with copy edits, directed the design of smaller elements, and chose superior banner images on several pages.
Regrettably, the client chose to change out some of those images in the CMS at a later time, so I can no longer vouch for their appearance.
